Très belle découverte du sublime restaurant.
Le cadre est chaleureux , les tables bien espacées.
La décoration est épurée.

Sublime, un nome indubbiamente pretenzioso ma assolutamente all'altezza delle aspettative.
Cucina d'eccellenza, servizio cortese e ambiente raffinato costituiscono un trinomio perfetto per un'esperienza gastronomica di altissimo livello.
A Dijon per motivi lavorativi ho avuto modo di provare il loro menu del giorno composto da: antipasto, piatto e dessert a soli 34 euro, ben al di sotto della esosa media francese a cui sono abituata. E, dulcis in fundo, la sorpresa dei ricercatissimi canapè e mignardises inclusi nel prezzo.
Menzione speciale alla calamarata con ragù di pesce e la deliziosa crepe al mandarino.
Ritonerò senz'altro tutte le volte che mi troverò nei dintorni.

P.s. Questo ristorante merita subito una stella Michelin!!!

Sublime, an undoubtedly pretentious name but one that absolutely lives up to expectations.
Excellent cuisine, courteous service and refined surroundings constitute a perfect combination for a gastronomic experience of the highest level.
In Dijon for work reasons I had the opportunity to try their menu of the day consisting of: starter, main course and dessert for only 34 euros, well below the expensive French average I'm used to. And, last but not least, the surprise of the highly sought-after canapés and mignardises included in the price.
Special mention to the calamarata with fish ragù and the delicious mandarin crepe.
I will definitely return every time I'm in the area.

P.s. This restaurant immediately deserves a Michelin star!!!
