Just completed an extremely enjoyable meal at this family-owned restaurant in a small hotel they also manage.

The husband created our enjoyable and creative dishes while Mlle ran the front, making us feel like guests in her home. Our three course meal (entree, plat + dessert / cheese) was well executed and a great value, accompanied by 3 amuse + mignardises.

We each ordered duck/quail in pastry as an entrée; the accompanying sauce was amazing and something, my wife will desperately try to re-create at home.

For our mains I enjoyed turbot in a carrot-based sauce and puree while my wife (who doesn't typically enjoy chicken) was in love with her poulet two-ways. Our dessert and cheese selections were equally enjoyable.

All in all, this was a wonderful meal and again, truly enjoyed the warm service received throughout our meal. We’ll certainly return when we next visit Burgundy, and will consider staying at their hotel/B&B based on their hospitality and location. Please check them out, it’s well worth the Michelin recommendation they have earned!

We were in the restaurant l’ Quillette in October2024  for lunch. Fantastic cousine!!! Very tasty all!!! Very good service and very warm atmosphere !!! Highly recommend👍👍👍Necessary to book a table!
