I'm so glad I made a reservation here a few nights in advance. I saw multiple groups of people getting turned away because the restaurant is complet (booked). The place is small and can only accommodate a limited amount of guests. We were the first guests to arrive. We both had the escargot which was one of the best we tasted out of 8 places we had in 2 weeks and the mist creatively presented.  We had to get more bread to clear the last drop of the sauce.  Husband had the beef bourguignon that was very tasty. My fish main course was the one of the most flavorful I have eaten. For dessert husband had the chocolate option and I had the fig option that was so good. The menu online isn't always exactly what it is so be flexible and enjoy the ride. They truly earned the Michelin Bib Gourmand because the price was very inexpensive for the quality and presentation we received.  I hope this chef will continue to thrive.  Also In France it seems they only expect one seating per table per night so if you make a reservation please show up or call to cancel. I imagine it's tough for small businesses to deal with no shows. If you are a foodie and in Chablis, make sure to book a spot ahead of time! Their front door is receded in a small courtyard in a corner and was a little hard to find. We saw their chalkboard menu sign which helped us find them.

Very interesting project for Japanese Chef and his Assistent. Small restraint on 6 tables. Should be reserved in advanced. Excellent French cuisine, good wine card, but we took only Chablis, from the first view recommendations from the stuff for Chablis was strange but at the end we enjoyed it very much. They were child friendly even with high level approach. I think they 100% deserve Bib Gourmand. Must visit who wants to have high level dishes for a reasonable price.

We had the 3 course set lunch which was really delicious. This restaurant is run by the chef alone so, there is a bit of delay in the course serving but otherwise you get really delicious food at good value.

The restaurant is conveniently located just off the main street. The escargot appetiser was a small top up, but so worth it, as it was was served with delicious butter herb butter sauce and on a small pastry cup. Our favourite were the mains both the beef bourguinon and the grilled pork which we ordered were delicious. The dessert were beautifully plated with various texture.

We highly recommend the restaurant, price per person with wine is about 35€.

Excellent food prepared by a Japanese chef. It’s a one-man operation, so he does everything from seating customers to serving food to processing credit card for your bill. Be patient. It takes time but service is smooth. Very reasonable price for the quality of the food.

The selling point clearly was the food. Good dishes representing the region with a twist. Soothing on the palate nothing fighting for attention. The only letdown was the ambience perhaps a bit too simple, could have been cosier.
