We were lucky to get a table on short notice as the waiting list was relatively short.
The ambience of the restaurant was very nice and the welcome by the very knowledgeable waitress made us feel at home quite quickly.
We chose the four course menu and were very happy we did. Each course was outstanding with lots creative ideas and superb flavors.
No wonder hundreds of people gave it 5 stars.
We will be back.
One of the best meals we had!

A very fresh view on food and its preparation, with a style that plays and includes a lot of pickled ingredients.
Great wine pairing, and above all this things the greatest service and attentions for our great night.

Nous avons terminé 2024 à l'éclosion !
Le menu du réveillon était vraiment bien conçu et complet... entrée,  poisson,  viande,  excellent et une vrai découverte culinaire. Service impeccable et plats bien présentés.
Deux desserts, un base riz au lait et l'autre chocolat... un peu en retrait par rapport à la qualité des plats.
Belle découverte et quoi de mieux que l'éclosion pour une nouvelle année, excellente adresse 😀

The New Year's Eve menu was really well designed and complete... starter, fish, meat, excellent and a real culinary discovery. Impeccable service and well presented dishes.
Two desserts, one rice pudding base and the other chocolate... a little behind the quality of the dishes.
