A must-go in Lorient. I was traveling France by myself and was very curious to learn about the flavors of Brittany. An incredible 9-course meal left me mind-blown and inspired by the creativity, synergy of wine and food, and service. Staff was happy to explain things to me and answer questions. The atmosphere of this fully-booked, small restaurant can be energetic, but it was not chaotically so. C'est magnifique.

Restaurant à la déco sobre, cuisine ouverte.
Le merveilleux est dans l’assiette. Une cuisine valorisant les produits de la mer, avec des surprises, et avec une harmonie végétale inspirée jusque dans les sauces. Les cuissons sont parfaites, les assiettes ont du peps, de la personnalité, du raffinement. Extrêmement séduisant.
L’accord mets et vins est bien pensé.
Le chef sait être disponible après le service.
