Cadre très agréable.
Personnel au petit soin pour la clientèle, très professionnel et agréable.

En dépit d'un différend que nous avons eu suite à l'accueil malheureux de mes parents, un chèque cadeau nous a été offert de la part des collègues de mon mari pour célébrer notre union. C'est donc avec beaucoup d'appréhension que je suis arrivée aux portes du restaurant. Mais je dois reconnaître que le déjeuner était comme dans mes souvenirs. PARFAIT. Isabelle nous a laissé nous placer en terrasse pour voir la rivière. Il y avait le choix pour déjeuner et l'équipe a tenu compte de mes allergies et intolérances. On est aux petits soins pour vous et j'ai voyagé le temps de mon déjeuner, entre le champagne murmure, la revisite du lieu et des haricots verts et le dessert fenouil fraise (une tuerie). J'ai ressenti les mêmes frissons que lors de mon dernier repas, il y a 9 ans, lors de l'obtention de mon crpe. J'ai aimé ces petites touches de Japon ici et là dans vos plats. Ce n'est pas certain que je revienne dans ce lieu par rapport à ce qu'il s'est passé mais Merci.

Despite a disagreement that we had following the unfortunate welcome from my parents, a gift certificate was offered to us from my husband's colleagues to celebrate our union. So it was with a lot of apprehension that I arrived at the doors of the restaurant. But I have to admit that lunch was just as I remembered it. PERFECT. Isabelle let us sit on the terrace to see the river. There was a choice for lunch and the team took my allergies and intolerances into account. We take great care of you and I traveled during my lunch, between the murmuring champagne, the revisit of the place and the green beans and the strawberry fennel dessert (a killer). I felt the same chills as during my last meal, 9 years ago, when getting my crepe. I liked these little touches of Japan here and there in your dishes. It's not certain that I'll come back to this place because of what happened, but thank you.

L'auberge du Pont d'Acigné à Noyal-sur-Vilaine est plus qu'un restaurant de qualité, elle est devenue un haut lieu de la gastronomie française qui ne cesse de stimuler nos papilles  avec merveille.
Chaque assiette, par sa présentation élégante et raffinée, est déjà un tableau à elle seule. En bouche, on assiste à une explosion des saveurs qui se marient magnifiquement.

Personnellement, j'ai adoré la Tarte de légumes et herbes que j'ai trouvée originale et fine... Quant au Cabillaud que j'ai savouré ensuite, il m'a emmené encore plus loin dans la découverte, l'exigence et l'excellence culinaire, comme dans un feu d'artifices, lorsqu'on découvre le bouquet : Tout simplement GRANDIOSE !

Mon épouse, elle, s'est laissé séduire par les Gnocchi d'aubergines et moules de bouchot qu'elle a particulièrement aimés, tout comme le Pressé de rhubarbe riche en saveurs qu'elle a choisi en dessert.

En conclusion, et avant de vous poser la question "Quand l'Auberge du Pont d'Acigné aura-t-elle une nouvelle étoile au Guide MICHELIN ?", j'ai envie de vous répondre qu'au regard de la qualité et de l'exigence mise en oeuvre pour magnifier la cuisine de Sylvain GUILLEMOT, plongez-vous, le temps d'un repas, dans cette extase épicurienne qui vaut le détour car c'est là le plus bel hommage qu'on puisse rendre à ce restaurant et à toute l'équipe qui est accueillante, souriante et attentive, le tout servi dans un cadre superbe : FELICITATIONS à toutes et à tous !

The Auberge du Pont d'Acigné in Noyal-sur-Vilaine is more than a quality restaurant, it has become a mecca for French gastronomy which never ceases to wonderfully stimulate our taste buds.
Each plate, with its elegant and refined presentation, is already a painting in itself. In the mouth, we witness an explosion of flavors which blend together magnificently.

Personally, I loved the Vegetable and Herb Tart which I found original and fine... As for the Cod which I then savored, it took me even further into discovery, demandingness and Culinary excellence, like a fireworks display, when you discover the bouquet: Simply GREAT!

My wife was seduced by the eggplant gnocchi and bouchot mussels which she particularly liked, as was the rhubarb press, rich in flavors, which she chose for dessert.

In conclusion, and before asking you the question "When will the Auberge du Pont d'Acigné have a new star in the MICHELIN Guide?", I would like to answer you that with regard to the quality and the requirement implemented to magnify the cuisine of Sylvain GUILLEMOT, immerse yourself, for the time of a meal, in this epicurean ecstasy which is worth the detour because it is the most beautiful tribute that we can pay to this restaurant and to all the team which is welcoming, smiling and attentive, all served in a superb setting: CONGRATULATIONS to all!
