Been in France for 4 weeks and this is the best food we have had and we have had lots of good food. The preparation was ideal and the fish cooked to perfection-not overcooked- to bring out true flavors. The gals that own it have been doing this 35 years! Run don’t walk and enjoy.

There is a very important thing about this restaurant: you go for the food, not the service. Like most post-COVID places they are short on staff, so everything... happens... slowly. Relax, be prepared. But the food is fantastic.

Nice moderately upscale seafood restaurant in the city centre. A little bit pricey but good for a special occasion or a dinner date. The food was delicious and the personnel were kind.  Reserving in advance is advised.

Lovely restaurant, service and meal. A wonderful option for seafood in the Chinon area, with a beautiful and peaceful ambiance. My husband and I both enjoyed each of our dishes - the food was light yet flavorful and the crisp on the skin of my fish was divine. The server went out of her way to accommodate our schedule and we couldn’t be more grateful. My only wish is that we had more time to enjoy the restaurant, and try the incredible looking cheese tray!
