An amazing experience with Chef Christophe Hay and his team. From the time I stepped into his beautiful restaurant it started a magical and artistic experience of everything that he has so thoughtfully curated. From the ceramics to the cutlery he worked with local artists to continue the tradition of the region.

Each course was sublime, filled with different textures, ingredients and stories behind it. The taste was light, complex but not rich and always a mix of the best of ingredients. Every dish was great and I had all the signature dishes. My favorite was ‘A La Chambord Carp’ a local fish made luxurious by craft and creativity.

I don’t think they deserve a 2* sorry they should really be a 3*. Why? Because if you understand their farm to table produce where many of their ingredients are grown locally with their own citrus greenhouse and truffle picked by his own lab Vickie.

The team were all passionate and special thanks to Chef Christophe and General manager Stephen for being great hosts. I hope to come back soon!

That was a very unique experiment and the team the atmosphere the food was completely suitable and I really really enjoy that night especially the butter. Oh my God French butter the real taste of joy.I absolutely speechless about the cuisine. It was fabulous.

Have you ever wondered if the 2 star experience is really better than 1? I can now answer that yes indeed, it really is. All our senses were delighted and amazed by the 6 course lunch paired with wine. The service was excellent, and I especially appreciated Hugo who seemed to really enjoy explaining the wines to us.

Having followed the chef for more than 10 years (from the first dining hall of La Maison d'à côté), I am very pleased to see the consistency in his cooking, with the enhancement of his dishes and creativity. The set up of the restaurant is beautiful and makes it possible to expect the highest recognition. Some approximation at the service level may delay this deserved achievement.
