Such a great restaurant with amazing food, service, and ambiance. The service team all work together and each person has their role. We must have had 6 different people doing different things for our service. The sommelier was excellent and steered us toward a wine that we would never have considered. It turned out great and we thorough enjoyed it. The food was worthy of their Michelin star and my wife and I absolutely loved it. We highly recommend and will return again.

A good experience in a lovely set up.
The restaurant is very pleasant, soft tones and great service.

The food was well curated yet no options a la carte, forcing you to have some thing you may not like.

Absolutely brilliant. Hats out to the chef as well as the team. You're accompanied during the whole evening. The food is carefully crafted from local suppliers for the most of it. Setting is magic during the evening. Finally a special thank to the sommelier for his explanations.

A very calm and elegant lunch experience starting with a warm welcome, appetizers all the way through to desserts, coffee and digestifs. All courses and wines were in harmony, as was the service. The restaurant, the view and the surrounding estate spa hotel evoke a natural tranquility, we felt that this peaceful feeling allowed us to more fully enjoy the food, the service, the wines and other beverages.

We had an extremely refined and inspiring diner, the food is excellent, I think the duck is an iconic dish, we would like to thanks the chef and the very careful staff around. We highly recommend this growing restaurant. As architects, we loved the beautiful "palais des glaces" décor at night that brings perfection to the place.
