A very well designed menu: the 5 course dinner was delicious and refreshing in its flavors. The wine pairing featured unexpected wines of multiple french regions and with unique characteristics. the service was stellar and the team was really well trained as well as speaking a perfect English when explaining the different dishes. A great experience overall.

We had a lovely stay in this small but quaint hotel. Rooms were nicely designed and we didn’t lack in comfort or necessary items. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and the Michelin Star restaurant was fabulous!

Outstanding restaurant with a fresh and surprising take on modern French food. Best meal we had in France. It is a fresh and crisply modern interior with a tranquil and quiet vibe.

I know value isn’t usually the focus of these types of venues but it’s worth mentioning. We went for the 3 course lunch option which was very good value. They say 3 courses but it was at least 7 by the time you include all the extra complimentary dishes. If you want to try a Michelin star restaurant but don’t want to fork out for a full degustation, this lunch menu is a fantastic option.

We were seated near the kitchen. That wasn't very please, since we got some of the cooking smoke and smell.
The 2 first courses were awesome. The main course and the desert were good, but didn't justify one star Michelin.

Fabulous food experience because the Chef is declining a history lesson about Chambord region: the ingredients are local specific to lyonnaise cooking history, the matching wine from local families wineries and the cordeliere desert is the royalty symbol that you can’t find the history about visiting Chambord castle!

On a separate note it had been nice the Chef to also came to talk with us because we know enough French to have a nice dialogue!
