Chef Tristan Robreau is very humble and precise. Love how he incorporates his travel around the world into dishes. Those dishes were beautifully infused and i would say, the best comfortable marriage in different culture and local ingredients. Nothing is overpowering or try to be loud, just precise and elegant. I’m coming back every Europe trip!

A great French style restaurant. The atmosphere is very intimate with several rooms and well spaced tables. We chose a three course menu which you can put together your self. The wine pairing was very good and explanations were provided with every serving. Inventive design and well executed cooking.

Some of the best renowned chefs aim to inspire and bring joy and discovery to their guests. Others do so for their own fame and concept, driven more by ego.

At le lièvre gourmand, my husband was scolded by the chef himself right as we entered the restaurant. We came for a lunch with our 8 month old son and 2 other family members. We had made a reservation, but were told on arrival that no children under 6 are allowed. The chef continued on to complain to my husband about his staff working on bank holidays and people not showing up for reservations - a very « warm » welcome for sure. My husband and I dine often at Michelin level restaurants and have never once been spoken to like that or told we could not bring our son with us, especially at a lunch hour where he is well behaved in his carriage. Our other two family members were ten minutes late due to a parking issue, and the waiters insisted that we order immediately for the whole table because this is their « concept. » We would have walked out at that point, but the restaurant requires a credit card deposit for late cancellations.

The food itself was excellent, but I cannot call it Asian fusion. Having traveled extensively in Asia, this was barely a nod to Asian cuisine. The « spicy » dishes were nothing close to what you’d experience in Asia.

Excellent one Michelin star restaurant. You like the French gastronomy with a small Asian touch in each plate, this restaurant is for you. I liked a lot! I will come back for sure if I can. 👍

We had a wonderful evening with delicious food and the right wine to go with it. The service was very friendly and attentive. Definitely a recommendation.
