Likewise, the sommelier introduced us to some exceptional Sardinian wines that were entirely new to me. The food was equally impressive, from ethically-sourced ingredients to impeccable presentation and flavor profiles.

Service here is textbook perfect—a single word says it all.

It’s only a matter of time before this team earns its Michelin stars. I highly recommend treating yourself to this extraordinary experience before reservations become hard to come by.
