We loved A Pignata.  We stayed in one of the ‘barns’ at the top of the property which was absolutely lovely and located far enough to burn off the generous and excellent breakfast and dinners. We enjoyed the pool, walking the grounds and visiting the animals. I could never get tired of waking up to the sound of a hungry (and very friendly) donkey!  My only suggestion is that this is a family-owned property and it would be very nice for them to occasionally greet their guests during breakfast or dinner.  It would add a level of warmth to an extraordinary hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and immaculate cleanliness. The staff were exceptional, always greeting guests with warm smiles and a willingness to assist with any request.

The food was a highlight of my visit. Each meal was a culinary delight, with a set menu offering delicious dishes. Breakfasts were particularly memorable, featuring a wide array of options to suit all tastes. (Most of the ingredient is from the hotel farm, so fresh)

Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding, thanks to the excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and delectable food. Highly recommended!

Incredible food and welcome. We loved the hotel which was very calm, clean and well appointed. The cannelloni was especially good. Definitely recommend a visit.

My wife and I truly enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Above all, prix fixe Corsican course dinner served at the cozy hotel restaurant was delicious. The portion was so large that we could not finish all and feel sorry about that.
We do not speak French but the staff, and even other customers, were very helpful. It was a pity that our room was small and the view was quite limited, but the view from the hotel terrace was magnificent, which you can enjoy during breakfast.

Over all, I highly recommend the visitors to Corsica to stay and enjoy the dinner at this hotel.
