Very cozy restaurant with friendly personnel and a great chef who makes delicious dishes with vegetables. We loved all your dishes (our kids as well). Very tasty and beautifully served. A place to come back again!

Overall - 8.6/10 -  Delicious food, great flavours, decent price.
Food Quality - 8.5/10 -  We paid 40 euro/pp,  for food. The food was delicious, the flavours were unique.
Atmosphere - 8.5/10 - Really pleasant atmosphere, great set up.
Value for Money - 9/10 - Good prices for the quality of the food.

We had a flawless diner at le Petit Basson in Troyes. We went for the tasting menu which is outstanding value for 66 euros with 8 gorgeous dishes. For that price, the chef is delivering an impeccable cuisine with very high quality ingredients (veal, langoustines, scallops, truffle on so on....). Vegetables are freshly picked from  their own local organic farm. Service is super efficient and our waiters explained the dishes with enthusiasm while providing good advice on the list of affordable local wines.

The best part of the meal was dessert. The food presentation was perfect and catchy.
However, the food was not out of the world. One would wana try it but wouldn’t wana go there again.
The service aspect and dealing with old customers needs to be improved.
