Overall a great experience! Wine list is great, food was really good with the focus on local influences and ingredients. Some dishes were not to my liking but that’s personal taste. Service was exceptional.

Undoubtedly one of the very best restaurants of Alsace. Surprising and delicious. Great sommelier and super nice staff !

We had a fantastic meal here. Service was impeccable and you could really tell how much effort they put into creating a wonderful experience.
When we arrived there was a basket of raw sourdough bread on our table, this was then served to us freshly baked later during our evening together with butter that had been freshly churned infront of our very own eyes. Genius!!!

However, one part of our evening absolutely broke my heart. As we were talking to the sommelier about our drinks to combine with our meal, we felt pushed into taking the full 9 course wine pairing. She said that people could usually drive afterwards, because the amount is very little.

We had an amazing night. We had the best service possible, despite being not the easiest guests.
The food was extraordinary. Very calm and purist, truly cooked to reach the heart and not to just show off expensive Ingredients.

We are in Alsace for the weekend and had chosen this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. We try to never set expectations while trying out a new place but this place with their food and hospitality just blew us away. We chose the 5 course meal with drinks, the pairings for each course was fantastic. Everyone was super nice and I loved that they used a lot of products from the region from the mushrooms to the wine. They took great care to explain to us each dish and created this really nice immersive experience . By the end of the night our stomach and heart was full. Definitely recommend this place if you are in Alsace next time.
