Ma mère possède un Terra depuis 5ans, il n'échappe pas aux nombreux allers-retours, nombreux transports, aux endroits incongrus, à la quantité phénoménale de fichiers et d'onglets ouverts.
Elle en fait une utilisation quotidienne, et pourtant, il est toujours en parfait état de fonctionnement.
La batterie est très tenace, l'écran a toujours autant d'éclat, le clavier fonctionne comme au 1er jour.

J'avais émis des doutes lorsqu'elle avait effectué cet achat, ne connaissant pas la marque, après ces 5 années et compte tenu de son utilisation, je suis vraiment impressionnée par la résistance et la qualité de ce produit.
Je recommande fortement Terra. De plus, c'est made in Europe (en Allemagne), le groupe est également implanté en France (d'où Terra Computer France), ce savoir-faire est précieux.
Terra mérite d'être plus largement connu.

My mother has had a Terra for 5 years, it does not escape the numerous trips back and forth, numerous transports, the incongruous places, the phenomenal quantity of files and open tabs.
She uses it daily, and yet it is still in perfect working order.
The battery is very stubborn, the screen still has as much brightness, the keyboard works like the first day.

I had doubts when she made this purchase, not knowing the brand, after these 5 years and taking into account its use, I am really impressed by the resistance and quality of this product.

Les PC portables Terra sont tout bonnement une honte... On est plusieurs à avoir reçu le même modèle de PC suite a une formation... Ils tombent tous en panne les uns derrière les autres.. la cause ? Un SSD d'une qualité médiocre, qui au bout de même pas 6 mois, rends l'âme.. clairement c'est une honte pour une marque qui se revendique d'avoir des produits de qualité.. en fait c'est pas le cas du tout !

The Terra laptops are simply a shame... Several of us have received the same model of PC following training... They all break down one after the other.. the cause? An SSD of mediocre quality, which after not even 6 months, gives up the ghost.. clearly it's a shame for a brand that claims to have quality products.. in fact it's not the case at all!

Franchement cela fait 3 ordinateurs que j'achète chez Terra et c'est du super matériel avec un rapport qualité prix top !
Le service est toujours impeccable et les conseils présents et adaptés. Marque Premium sans aucun doute !
A noter qu'en pro ou en tant que particulier ils s'adaptent sans difficulté.

Chez Terra France, on a la notion du service et du client satisfait. C'est devenu tellement rare de nos jours que cela vaut la peine d'en faire l'éloge ! Ici pas de plateforme d'appel à l'étranger, mais un responsable qui prend tout de suite l'affaire en main. Remplacement gratuit d'une coque d'ordinateur portable qui cassait pour la 3ème fois bien que l'appareil n'était plus sous garantie. Envoi de l'ordinateur le lundi à 16h00 et retour le mercredi matin à 11h00, soit moins de 48 heures.

Free replacement of a laptop shell that broke for the 3rd time even though the device was no longer under warranty. Computer sent on Monday at 4:00 p.m. and returned on Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m., less than 48 hours.
