Not often that I give a 5 star rating but le Strasbourg has earned it. Diner there has been a real treat, every course of our 3 course day menu was more then perfect and the 5 (or was it 6?) amuses in between made the evening into an unexpected feast. The rooms were nice and clean, not big but great... The staff was very friendly and helpful in any way they could.
If you ever have the chance to dine and stay over at at le Strasbourg I would say DO!
