We took a half day trip to France.
This place is one of the best 1-Michelin Star meals so far. Very close to Switzerland, only 2 hours from our home.

We took 5 courses dinner with Wine Pairing (only for me as hubby has to drive us home). It was very delicious. Good ingredients, cooking technique, service and atmosphere. Total meal time is 4 hours, a little long for us (given that we spent almost 24/7 together already) but it's normal meal time around here. After few glasses of wine I had so much to talk about 😄
So I reckon that you do the wine pairing too 😉
