Very tranquil and peaceful, romantic location but not much obtion within walking distance. I assume it is the best option for hiking the surrounding mountains. You definitely need a car to explore the area. We had a pleasant stay. The room was nice and cosy but needs some touch ups. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant excellent. We had breakfast and dinner and both earn 5 stars.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. We had a late arrival. But we were nevertheless warmly welcomed.  The rooms are clean and served  its purpose. However I found the bed to be a bit small and I’m not  even that big myself! ( 157cm)

We also had dinner at the restaurant. We were very pleased with the excellent food and wine ! The service personnel were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel also offers free parking for  its guests.

The only downside is the location. It’s a bit off the path. But for that you have some peace and quiet away from the city.

We had diner on the beautiful patio with view of the forest surrounding the village. The food was just fantastic. We had the seabass and the cod. Both were cooked to perfection. The flavours matched beautifully. Same with the desserts. Just amazing!

Hidden gem in the hills of Vosges.
Accommodation and comfort was very good. Everything tidy and as it should be, decent.

The restaurant is the star of the show.

Food is at another level than many places around and some respectable restaurants, and the chef's should be proud of what they're doing. There's quality, creativity and work in your plate.
I have the feeling that they should give themselves the freedom to explore more the refined mix of flavours. The truite saumonée was having too many flavours that didn't go well, like the algae.

The service is exceptional. There may be longer waiting times at some point, they're humans and we have to understand this.

Breakfast is ok, but should have been better.

I will return and will recommend the place.
