It is unfortunate that despite the large staff in this type of restaurant, the quality of service during my visit was not smooth.

I tried the Emotion menu and the famous caviar dish and lobster dish were really great.

However, the food overall was not to my taste and especially the chicken dish with quite a strong chicken smell as the last course and the non-alcoholic pairing was not very well done even considering the difference in taste.

And while their cheese selection is good, the bread they serve does not seem to go well with the cheese.

It is a shame that they do not have a separate type of bread for the cheese despite having such cheese.

Overall, it does not seem to be worth the 395 euros.

On the other hand, the only type of white tea they have is, fortunately, excellent.

Possibly the best meal of my life, surpassed perhaps only by the service. Beautiful hotel room, too. A true, too notch, 5-star experience, and the restaurant absolutely deserves the 3 Michelin stars.

We had the Dinner Tasting menu at 1pm finished at 5pm.  Food is good. Bus #1 stop right at the restaurant.

If I could give it 4 and a half, I would, but I feel my complaints aren't worthy of taking off a  full star because overall, we had a lovely experience. The only minor complaints we had were when we were having coffee on the terrace in the late morning, the lawn blowers were extremely loud so this took away from the tranquility of the garden terrace. We then asked for a table for lunch, the same morning, we knew it was last minute, but thought we would ask. They told us that they were fully booked, but we could eat alone in the conference room (posted in the picture). Perhaps they were being helpful and accommodating, but it came across as more of an insult. Also, I feel they could use some new towels, some of ours were extremely worn and tattered. However, our room was very spacious, and we very much enjoyed our stay. PS, some smiles from the male staff would be nice, they all looked super serious, like they used to work the door at exclusive Monte Carlo night clubs lol

Recent stay of three nights, one of which we ate in the hotel restaurant. First up, breakfast. Used to be buffet style apparently but now table service, except it should be termed sporadic service. Very poor.
Balcony suite booked was just about adequate, as it should be for a touch under a thousand Euros a night.
Finally, the restaurant. Is it forbidden for staff to smile once a place has 3 stars? Robotic automatons. Food wise, had to return one dish (not very brill Brill) Just mush. Severe disappointment, they really don’t seem to be as good as they think they are. Dinner the following evening at Le Foch in Reims much more enjoyable. And they smile…
