We randomly found this place online and drove here to eat lunch.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality, taste, and generosity of food.

Everything was excellent!

We got the more expensive 3 course as we were celebrating a special occasion.

Anywhere mother in law has made an institution and supported over the last ten years is deserving of the praise I'm about to pour on it. This place is just amazing. The food incredible. The service charming and the wine is absolute nectar. It's quite an an unassuming frontal situated in the old fishing port overlooking the main Calais harbour.

Now I've been a few times. I know what I'm in for. It's a good time at a great price with an exciting gastronomical experience. The menu changes and is an intellectual fair-ground ride. That ends with you feeling brilliant about the world. This is a proud restaurant. The chef has worked hard here to build this place into what it is today. It's very French. Very good and very recommended. Matthieu Collin cares about the food and the palate sings in appreciation.

One of my favourite eateries on planet earth.

There's few places I'd go through immigration (twice) just for lunch. This is one of them I already can't wait to come back.
