We stumbled upon this charming place purely by chance on our inaugural night in France. The hotel exudes style and tranquility, offering a picturesque view of the canal. Breakfast was a delightful affair, featuring a diverse selection of cheeses and fruits. Grateful for the warm welcome, I am already contemplating a return visit. Warm regards from Latvia 🇱🇻

We were all prepared to enjoy an exceptional meal, booked for a special family occasion. Trying to speak in French, the chef clearly misunderstood  and was incredibly rude, refusing to listen to us and we left after an embarrassing scene. He clearly thinks that his fame excuses outrageous behaviour. Definitely not a place to go to for a calm and relaxing evening. Wouldn’t recommend going there at all.

Amazing experience for us (with our doggie) the room was amazing value for money. We showed up early after a nightmare drive from Denmark and were so very grateful for the staff that allowed us to check in and rest from the heat.

The room is very comfortable - breakfast is delicious - the staff is so kind and professional- location is spot on (my the local canals, a few minutes from a tube station that takes you to the city center in 30min unless you prefer walking) - available and free parking around the hotel too.

We will come back for sure!

My experience concerns only the restaurant. I was expecting much better in terms of food expectations and service. They do not change the cutlery between starter and main dish. I had to use the same glass for white and red wine, service was not optimal.
