My favourite restaurant when I'm in the area. Excellent food and wine. Always placed nicely on a plate.

Amazing French cuisine with great service, friendly and good humour. I had the set menu of duck breast and fillet of beef, though the specials are always amazing (A shell fish broth starter and Tuna steak as a the main). The wine list doesn’t disappoint- though I went for alcohol free beer as the driver.
Whilst the restaurant is child friendly the choice was chicken breast or salmon fillet, so IF your kids only eat burgers, fish fingers and chips it’s not for them.
Having been here several times I recommend it for a special occasion, but give yourself time as the food is prepared properly and these things shouldn’t be rushed if the resulting food is to be as  impressive as this.
