We came for an evening dinner and we had a fantastic dinner.
The food was  perfectly presented on the plate and by the staff. It is an amazing experience with great flavour combinations.
Highly recommended.

We had a 6 course surprise menu, it was just the right quantities to enjoy each part.

Excellent restaurant. Should actually have one Michelin star, perhaps even 2! We had diner the day after in le donjon, etretat, (1star), which was much less as this restaurant.

A fellow Malaysian as a chef, I was extremely delighted with our 3-course meal as some of the flavours brought up Madeleine de Proust moments.
Very light yet noticeable Asian influence in the well-prepared and fresh fish dishes ( curcuma cream amuse-bouche/ wakame vinaigrette sauce/ spiced chai ice-cream ) and a house-recommended brilliant glass of white wine to pair them with. The ingredients and savours were combined with incredible finesse!
