I had a lovely afternoon at this store. I was helped by Hicham and he made the experience very comfortable and low pressure. He helped me find the right bag for me and gave me the chance and space to make my decision. We even toasted the new bag with some excellent champagne. When I return to Paris, I’m sure I’ll be back to this store to invest in more beautiful products. Thanks again!

Such a stunning space where you can browse around and discover a selection of rare books curated by YSL. The team is adorable, really helpful and passionate. New space dedicated to books and music with an exclusive collection of books published by Saint Laurent. Very nice and beautiful , the lady that was there was very welcoming and explained some of the books available and you can tell she was very passionate about books and art. Highly recommended and very happy a space like this exists.

If you’re looking for a bag or shoes in Paris please visit this store and ask for Sebastian personally! I stopped by with my husband to checkout handbags while visiting Paris. Although the bags I wanted to see were out of stock, Sebastian was exceptionally helpful! He brought me many options in similar styles and sizes, allowing me to try on each bag and even make sure my belongings would fit inside. There was no pressure from him, he genuinely wanted to make sure I chose a bag I would enjoy. Even though we took a walk to think about the purchase, I did ultimately come back and purchase a bag I adore. Sebastian was one of the most wonderful & helpful salespeople I’ve encountered at a high-end store! Genuinely helpful and service was 10/10!
