Pho en livraison : dommage que les nouilles et le bouillon soient servis ensemble car le fait de réchauffer rend les pâtes trop cuites... Il serait intéressant de s'aligner sur les autres restaus qui pratiquent le pho en livraison et servent le bouillon à part ce qui permet de le réchauffer. Un peu trop salé à mon goût également. Mais de bonnes herbes fraîches (basilic, oignons nouveaux, soja et citron) et prix intéressant

Pho delivery: too bad the noodles and broth are served together because reheating makes the pasta overcooked... It would be interesting to align with other restaurants that offer pho delivery and serve the broth separately which allows it to be reheated. A little too salty for my taste too. J'ai fais appel au traiteur Coq d'or de Maisons-Alfort pour le déjeuner traditionnel de mon mariage.

J'ai été plus que ravie du résultat : l'équipe est à l'écoute, force de propositions et les plats sont succulents. Tous nos convives ont adoré les plats cuisinés.
