Great service. They allowed us to come in 5 minutes before they closed for the night. We ordered samosas, naan, various curries and biryani. Food was prompt and delicious. Not as spicy as I'm used to but still good nonetheless.  Quaint hidden little gem off the beaten path, and very reasonably priced.

Service and attitude of the owner this place was bad . He was inconsiderate for Indian customers .

The food here is really really tasty. Very legitimate indian food if that's what you are looking for. What doesn't quite do it for e in terms of giving it 4 stars is, of course, the value. As this place is located in the 7eme right near the Eiffel Tower, all the dishes are around 12 EUR and the portion is tiny. Compared to many of the boutique french restaurants that have price-fixed three courses at 33EUR, I guess their price point at around the 25 mark isn't so bad - but paying that much for indian food hurts me, and the portion is pretty tiny too.

Came here at 10pm on a Saturday night, the boyfriend and I are seated immediately in this small aromatic restaurant. It's actually bigger than it looks though, as they have a basement of seats. As soon as you are seated, a papadam is placed in front of you with the menus. We opted for just the plats with him ordering a chicken bryani (12 EUR) and nan au fromage (3EUR), and I a "poulet malai" (9EUR) - dont really know what type of curry that is, but i figured "epice" (spicy) always sounds good, with basmati rice (3EUR). We ended with a dessert of cake balls made with syrup and milk powder (4EUR), which i didn't like very much and wished we got the tropical ice cream with mango coulis (3EUR).

What really bothered me was that my five pieces of chicken in the curry actually didn't taste particularly fresh. But the flavours of the curry so good and strong, it wasn't too bad.

Overall:
- appetizers range from 3-15EUR, curries around 9 EUR, briyanis around 14EUR, sides around 3EUR and desserts around 4EUR
- lunch menus start at 10EUR so that's definitely worth it
- flavours are fantastic
- portions are small
- chicken not that fresh
- service is good

Expensive than other places in Paris. food wasn't that good. Me and friend were so disappointed with the customer service, the owner and waiter had bad attitude and overall unhappy negative vibe. 

I am sure you people will find other good restaurants around.

This is actually the best Indian food I have ever had. I had this for New Year's Eve dinner after searching for a restaurant for hours. Everywhere we went was fully booked. "We should have made reservations!" I screamed. :p 

We passed by the place three or four times before stopping. "Indian? Really? For New Years Eve? In PARIS?" There were no other options. Oh but I am SOOOO glad there weren't! We got the best service in all of Paris. We got a free apéritif. They even threw in a desert! The meal was to die for. Bursting with flavor. I can't imagine this kind of service or quality from any of the tourist traps around the Eiffel Tower. We had a very romantic dinner without all the noise and elbow pushing thanks to this place. The noise was saved for Le Tour Eiffel. ;)

Goa fills the the "I need Indian food crave" whenever I am in the the 7th. It is good food,good service and everything is at an affordable  price. I love their eggplant curry and the samosas. Not a huge fan of the onion beijas, but overall the place is good. And all meals are accompanied by a free class of what I believe is rose champagne, I could be wrong. 

Not worth the trek if your across town, but it is a nice local place.

I do not understand why this restaurant has been highly rated by the other reviewers here. The food here is absolutely terrible. We had poulet biriyani, naan with tandoori chicken and samosas. The portion sizes were really small and the biriyani lacked flavor. The tandoori chicken was OK but we were served exactly 5 teeny tiny pieces. The service was bad too. Our first meal in Paris was here since this place is very close to where we stayed. We ended up having a second round of dinner elsewhere.

Okay, so I know. Why am I eating indian in Paris? Well I missed my moms food and I wanted to have biriyani (baked rice with meat). WELL, I should have trusted the reviews. Not only were they relatively unfriendly but whatever - the chicken was old, the rice may have been pilaf and not biriyani. Further, because of how indifferent the staff was, I actually have a severe allergy to peas and wanted to send back the dish when I saw them in there but was so desperate to leave this place I just wasted, I mean paid, 20 euros to get the hell out of there. DONT GO. Surprised there were locals there, guys - Indian food is infinitely better than what they're portraying.

Fast service and delicious food! They helped us read the French menu since we speak English. Highly recommend!

Service was great. Very attentive. I hate to give less stars because every small business needs to survive and it's not that easy. But, if we all don't write what is good and bad, business will never get a chance to improve themselves. Therefore, here you go my constructive criticism. 

1: Value for the money. I don't live in Paris and have no idea what is the threshold here. I have been eating 40 euro meal which taste like a piece of crap because it is "French".  Just having a famous French name means nothing. Good food is always good no matter where you eat. For me,  price in the menu looked ok ( actually cheap, compare to Italian or French restaurants).
2: Taste: I have eaten many Indian restaurants and few Goan restaurants. This place needs major work on how to cook. Food taste terrible. Curry sauce looks like ketchup just out of a can. And just pouring too much coloring on the food does not make food tasty. Curry is supposed to be yellow not red.  
I will come and give a try next time I'm in Paris. Hope, food will be much improved by then. 
Question for the owner and people working there: do you guys really eat this food yourself? I seriously doubt.  This is constructive review for you to improve. Good luck and thank you for the excellent service. The stars you got is for service not for the food.
