Service was great and the food was delicious! Our family had the foie gras, escargots, French Onion soup, kids steak, cheeseburger, steak tartare, and the roast chicken. The kid's steak is really a hamburger without the bun served with fries so we should've gotten that instead of the cheeseburger for our daughter. For dessert we had the chocolate ice cream, crepes with Nutella, and crème brûlée. Everything was really good!

Everything was amazing !!! Our server was spectacular, he spoke English and helped us with the menu, he had a great personality and even sang little kid songs to the kids. He gave us tips regarding food and the drinks. Super friendly and welcoming environment. The food was delicious and super fulfilling. At first we thought the portions were small but they were so filling that none of us finished our meals. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Jumped in for a quick bite. Did not do my research and it shows. We had croque monsieur and a ham omelet. We wish we would have just grabbed pastries from a local shop and walked while eating.  Bland entrees and cold fries. Food mediocre at best. As I look at previous Yelp review pictures, I can tell you they have done a lovely renovation/update to the cafe in recent years. I rarely comment on cleanliness of establishments but they need to dust and wipe down woodwork. They do have a toilet and bar. The auto hand dryer on the toilet isn't working and no paper towels available.

Very bad experience. From the moment we stepped into this restaurant we were treated horribly. Nobody attended us and we got bad looks from the hosts and other waiters. One waiter was making coffee and threw a box in front of us and that simply summed up our experience. Only had one good convo with a customer but aside from that horrible. Such a shame, a beautiful place with good food has very bad service.

We love the service here as much as anything else. Great place to stop for a cocktail or beer. We also had some light bites that were just enough to keep us going. If you are looking for easy, comfortable and convenient this is the place.

Very friendly and food was great! I'm really not sure why some people are giving a 3 star rating while saying nothing but nice things about this cafe. I have it a 5 out of 5 for what it is. If this were a Michelin star restaurant maybe it would get a smaller rating. But this is a Bistro serving Bistro food and the service was excellent.

A lovely little Bistro off Rue Grenelle near the Metro station. Lovely outdoor seating and great for watching the world go by. The service was quite good (by Parisian standards) and the food and wine list was without fault. A bit cheaper than comparable restaurants nearer the Eiffel tower. I had the steak tartar with frites which was nicely seasoned, and I enjoyed every bite. The frites were perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Everyone in our group were also happy with their selections.

Great first dinner in Paris.

Between my incredibly rusty French and the server's sunsta better English, I ended up with a delicious skirt steak with frites for dinner.

The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and despite being very lightly seasoned, it was quite flavorful. The steak was juicy and I could really taste the flavor of the beef. 

Although blush wines are not traditionally paired with beef, my rosé was a fruity and slightly tart compliment to a delicious dinner.

For dessert I had a sumptuous crème brûlée. I'm not a huge fan of the dessert but it is now clear that it's because I've not had it done properly. It was so rich and silky and ever-so-slightly sweet with a light, beautiful crunch on top. Absolute perfection.

We actually came here for dinner because it was raining and this restaurant was within walking distance from our hotel.  As soon as we arrived, the service was friendly and welcoming.  There was no wait so we were seated right away.  

Our server was so cheerful and spoke good English.  It made things so much easier than having to order in French.  Although the menu is available in English as well.  I noticed that most of the patrons were tourists.  

We were hesitant to try anything out of the ordinary so we stuck with the beef option which never fails.  We ordered a rump steak and a skirt steak.  Both entrees were accompanied with frites (French fries) and a side salad.  The skirt steak was the better choice.  It's much more tender and juicy.  While the rump steak was a bit tough even cooked medium.  

So glad we stopped here out of convenience.  The food was better than the previous touristy restaurant we had tried.  Service was excellent and the food was tasty.  I missed out on retrying a French onion soup.

Unfortunately, the service here is absolutely terrible. The servers and staff are very demeaning and borderline cruel. They openly have rolled their eyes at customers while serving, and do not appear to hide it. The first time this occurred (with one person only), I chalked some negative antics up to personal concerns that were going on with one particular staff member. However, on today, it appears to be commonplace amongst all staff. It is really unfortunate and sad, as this type of dire negativity usually stems from hostility in the workplace. The location is ideal, maybe they would benefit from a revamp? Best of luck to them!
