Paris over the years has grown a reputation for good burgers. Enter Blends into the conversation. 
Upon entering we were greeted by a welcoming waitress. Seating capacity probably could sit no more than 10 which includes the 3 stools by the bar top. We took a booth and were given the menus.
It's pretty straight forward with options to a few signatures, a smash, and classics.

What I order? I've had some good burgers in Paris over the years but not until Blend, have I seen a smash on menu. "Smash please, fries and a ginger lemonade"
The crispy edges were perfect, every bite, every fry. 5/5 stars.

As for ambiance, Blend is casual, definitely hip but not pretentious. They had some good music, playing at just the right volume to give a vibe but low enough that you could still have good conversation without competing with the sounds. I did catch my self Shazamming to discover a song at least twice. 

Definitely making my list of burgers while in Paris.

Great food. Great service. Great view. The 2 waitresses spoke very good english. The  West burger with fries was on point.

I came across Blend while visiting Paris a couple of months ago and decided to write this review because they really deserve the 5 stars. I had enough of the neighborhood brasseries and was looking for a good burger. I saw a Yelp review of Blend and decided to give it a go and I am so glad I went. Blend specializes in burgers, and they do them right.

If you're looking for an excellent burger in Paris, go to Blend. Blend's hamburger meat is tender, perfectly seasoned and cooked, the buns are slightly toasted -- just the way I like them, and the toppings are super fresh. Their fries are perfectly cooked as well. I topped my order off with an ice cold Coke which was icing on the proverbial cake. 

I enjoyed Blend so much that I went back there three times over the course of my nine day trip! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. (They speak English too for those like me who are French language challenged.) I wish they had one near where I live, I'd go every week for sure. Blend will definitely be on my list of must visits during my next trip to Paris.

Stopped into Blend for a quick burger before we caught the train.  Not that it was really on the way, but we had made up our minds we wanted to have a burger and sweet potato fries.  It was worth the trip.

We were able to sit down right away and mentioned to the waiter we were sort of in a hurry.  He was friendly and took our order right away.  The place was not too busy, but it was nice of him to accommodate us.

I had the "cheesy" and sweet potato fries.  The burger was tasty, but the bun was the star!  Very fresh, soft and added to the overall flavor of the burger and toppings.

The sweet potato fries were great, but order extra garlic mayo!

If you're hankerin' for a burger in Paris, it is definitely worth stopping in at a Blend.

Best, most flavorful burger I've ever had in my life. Period. 
The meat was moist and flavorful, the bun was light and crisp but held up to the meat. 
Fries were just fries. 

Highly recommend!

Blend is my fave spot to get burgers in paris. The bun is to die for and all the burgers are delicious. The perfect size, not to big not too small. 

My one complaint is the ketchup. I don't like the homemade stuff... sorry peeps, just a traditionalist I suppose! 

And I feel like the wait at this location isn't as bad as the one in the 2nd. For now at least... Plus they have a few tables on the terrace. Bonus.

Nice burgers, we had the suprême and the quinoa burger (super vegan option! However it could be a little more tasty & flavourful.. Slightly bland. We had normal french fries and sweet potato (yummy) they were fresh on top but inside the basket had plenty of little dry refried bits.. Looked like they had emptied the frying canister!! And they felt that way afterwards too... Nice friendly servers.
Delicious white chocolaté cookies!!

Add mesclun salad on the side to balance lunch or snack and fresh french fries (a bit more taste to quinoa burger and it will be perfect!!

We were slightly underwhelmed by the overall experience. The signature burger is really good. So is the Agent Provocateur beer. The fries, home made ketchup and cheese burgers were underwhelming.

Had the Signature Burger and everything about it was delicious!
The fries were pretty good and the ketchup had a nice interesting flavor to it.
Got all this to go, and the staff was friendly and quick.  What more can you ask for?
Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and craving a great burger!

Was a bit nervous in light of all the substandard American fare in Paris, but proved happily surprised. The fries are nice and skinny, the burgers cooked just right, toppings creative without overwhelming the beef... It all adds up to a great 15 euro lunch menu. Don't expect to get too cozy though; the seats are tiny, so tiny and closely packed that a big lady or feller would feel cramped if not downright uncomfortable. Didn't try the cookies (can't bring myself to pay that much and would rather make them chez moi), but they looked tasty.
