I gave 5 stars because the first impression is they actual gave us ice water when we requested for "ice water". A lot of places just gave you cool water. Cold noodle wasn't as cold as I expected, but the server gave me some ice cubes for my cold noodle. They also have lunch special menu with appetizer, salad, main dish and rice for less than €20. This place has no AC, a little bit hot inside.

I'd heard good things about Guibine, and I decided to head out for dinner on Friday night to see what it was all about. Since I've had plenty of Korean food back in the States (especially K-Town), I wanted to see just how legitimate Korean food in Paris would be.

I arrived before it opened for dinner, and there was already a small line outside: I was able to get a seat inside, but within 15-20 minutes, the restaurant was entirely packed! Goes to show that it's popular and that both locals and tourists love this spot.

Opted for the classic bibimbap, which came with a good portion of banchan. The bibimbap was pretty good, served piping hot and with plenty of ingredients (carrots, cucumbers, beef, rice) inside. I would say that it tasted just like what I would get back in K-Town (aka standard), which is excellent while abroad.

Perhaps it was because I came for dinner, but it was notably pricey (17 euros) compared with what I would pay for otherwise. However, the quality is pretty good, and I left full and content afterwards. Worth a try!

Delicious Korean food in middle of Paris. Our hearts went pitter patter when entering this small but popular restaurant. I recommend making reservations especially if you have a big group otherwise queue outside. We only waited 15 mins for prime dinner time. 

We sat down and the friendly waiter greeted us. Menus are in korean, French and English with pictures. Panchan (small side dishes) are plentiful and comes with your meal. We ordered the bulgogi which is cooked tableside to your doneness, soon tofu and dol sot bibimbap. I really enjoyed the bibimbap, it had the sizzle and hot temperature. Could have had more crunchy rice on the bottom but I'm not complaining.  It came with a light cabbage clear broth. All the food was fresh and tasty. It might not have been as garlicky or pungent as typical korean restaurants but it really hit the spot. If you're in Paris and want some really solid Korean food, I would totally come here.

There were a lot a choices in the area to choose from but this place made all the difference. The server was very patient with explaining the menu to us Americans and Germans. The food was amazing. The duck and beef tender and the bowl was great as well. I definitely recommend this place. Service and speed was great. I will be back.

food is good and service is great. a guy wearing a white mask was our server for the night and he was very kind and gentle, i wish him the very best. only complaint is that it was pretty hot inside  (im assuming the air conditioner was broken) but the waiter was very sympathetic and gave us water with ice and refilled it very frequently which i greatly appreciated.
he even helped us with directions even after we finished eating and told us to feel free to come back into the restaurant if we needed more help :)

Korean American couple on a trip from NYC where we have a plethora of best in class Korean food options. I thought we were at least going to have mediocre Korean food and the thought of having subpar Korean food enevr crossed my mind as there were good reviews posted about the place. My heart sank as my wife and I had a bite of a flavorless, salty, watery soup that was supposed to be "mandoo guk" and banchan that might as well have been put together by following Youtube. Avoid this place at all costs for those who have actually had decent Korean food in major Korean enclaves in the US or in Korea. You're better off satiating your non-French food craving by getting Mc Donald's instead.

Food was alright. There was a gnat problem. Servers were really nice though. This is in a part of town with lots of Korean / Asian restaurants so you can probably find better to be honest.

I only get kimchi stew here. Nothing else. That's my conclusion after trying all different menus during a number of visits.

Great location (about 100+ meters from Opera Ave) and that's why I come here often. Better than other Korean restaurants on the same Saint Anne street but not outstanding than any other good Korean restaurants in Paris!

Came here with a group of ten friends on a Thursday night and was highly impressed by the level of service. We did have to wait a while to be seated due to our party size, but our hostess was very attentive and made sure we were all comfortable. First we were all served a delightful mix of starter dishes, including kimchi, lotus root, broccoli, etc. They're all great but be wary of the kimchi if you're sensitive to spice. Most of our table ordered various Bibimbap, which was excellent (though watch out - its piping hot!). I had the spicy pork BBQ, which they prepared exactly to my liking in terms of spiciness and was served in a portable grill. All of the portions looked deceptively average, but every person at our table was stuffed by the end! One thing to consider is that their selection of lower-end/cheaper Soju is limited to only two flavors so if you're searching for a Korean place with a wider selection, you may want to look elsewhere.
