This place has the worst service, and the waiters are extremely rude. One waiter in particular insulted me and continued to mock me throughout my meal. He was very snide and impolite and made me want to get out of there as fast as possible. I have been to La Porte Didot on several occasions, and I have been dissatisfied each time with not only the service, but the quality of the food. This place is NOT worth stopping by. If you want another place close by, go to Cafe Brune a block up instead. Same type of place, but better food and service.
