I was with a friend in Printemp, we decide eating something, in the 9th floor there is a many places to eat, we choose La Viande, it's nice place with a balcony where you can have a nice view to Eiffel Tower. The staff was gentil, always smiling. The food was a good, the meat came perfect, plus cooked than we ask, but nothing that compromise the texture, the sauce with blue cheese was very good, the pepper sauce was regular, taste like cinnamon because there some pepper with similar flavor, side dishes fries and salad, the both was good.
