The ambiance is very nice, the food presentation impressive and the food, very good. Unfortunately the service was lacking. The server was very nice but the poor guy is SO overworked, it's sadly very typical. I received my first course (tomato and fresh mozzarella) but my friend's fois gras did not make it for a good 10 minutes. Luckily, the wine was good and we had a lot to catch up on so we didn't mind the wait. The main courses were also very good, I had the noix de saint jacques and my friend the ravioli! We ordered dessert but it took to long so we had to cancel. If you have the patience to wait and have a very slow meal, you'll really enjoy the food.

Would have loved to have actually eaten there, but we were seated and then forgotten about. My husband and I waited for 15 minutes, but nobody came. There were several open tables around us. Only one server seemed to be on the floor. We decided to leave as we were starving.

Worst customer service ever! The waiter spilled hot candle wax all over my dress, boots and jacket, and I didn't even get an apology from management. The waiter took me to another room to clean me up, he didn't speak a word of English and proceeded to wipe my suede boots with hot water, which totally ruined them. He did not understand me when I asked him to stop, it was embarassing getting cleaned down by a male waiter, and finally I had to grab the hot towel off him to make him stop! Another staff member kept telling me to iron it out, turns out it was the Manager... of course I wasn't going to be able to do that while on a night out. I expected a complimentary wine or a discount, even an apology, but got none of these from any of the staff or management. Although it was an accident, an apology would have been nice. The waiter also proceeded to stuff up our order, my boyfriend and another friend didn't receive their entrees. After paying our full bill I had to call the manager to get an apology about the incident, who offered to pay to have my jacket cleaned, but we were leaving Paris the following day, so of course this was impossible. So I asked for payment for the laundry back home, but she refused. All she offered is a glass of champagne and we were on our way out already, so of course we refused. The manager really didn't seem concerned that my entire outfit was covered in candle wax, plus the fact that it burnt me as well! I ended up going back to our hotel instead of continuing our night out with friends, as I was just too upset. Food was overpriced and average tasting, Wine was really overpriced. Definitely do not recommend it, certainly not great service for this standard of restaurant!
