AMAZING brunch. Can't say enough. Didn't take our picture until all that was left was the "dessert". Our credit card was denied for some reason but thankfully a bank w ATM was across the street. Every dish included in the brunch (all of them) was just delicious. We sat outside and that was perfect too.

Pizza was amazing but the churros with chocolate filling and Dulce de Leche dipping sauce is out of this world. Tell them I sent you.... they'll have no idea who I am but I'll appreciate it.

We only came for drinks but the staff were super friendly helped us by speaking English and they were dog friendly. Would recommend for a drink and some people watching :)

Our first meal in Paris, 2019. Arrived Gare du Nord from Amsterdam Central and we were famished. The Thalys dining car reminded me of Amtrak. The offerings were not so good.

Anyway - this was round the corner from our place, had a correct menu and friendly faces, so of course.

Escargot, Foie Gras pate, Salmon Tartare, Pizza, they got all of that. And of course some Prosecco (for 34EU, which I found later around the corner grocery for 13EU LOL). Price of service.

Good stuff, nothing too fancy but very satisfying.

Located at the corner is Sebastopol and Étienne Marcel this brasserie came very handy when it started pouring rain unexpectedly 
The place was packed. The server created a small space for us to sit and eat. His attention was spotless, friendly and professional but not annoying. 
We had a carafe of wine and 2 omelettes. Omelettes were very well cooked, fluffy and tasty. We had a French toast as dessert and it was as delicious as the server suggested. 
Price was reasonable which makes it a good find.

Apparently breakfast isn't much of a thing in France. 

Came in wanting a sit down nice breakfast but the selection was extremely limited. They don't acommodate egg white only here--must be an American thing-- but the three egg breakfast was so overpriced at €8,5 and was sopping with oil. I had to use two napkins to blot away the wetness. Despite that, the eggs were perfectly cooked and the yolks were so orange you could tell they were free range. 

The juice was delicious and fresh pressed. The croissant in the basket were nice and it also came with apricot jam. Very simple but pretty expensive. Service was just okay.

I had the worst waitress experience of my life here. We were hungry and in August everything is closed, so we gave this place a shot. It was our first morning in Paris and I admit I know zero French, but here's what happened:

- The waitress did not give us a food menu until I asked for it, it took about 10 minutes to get her attention
- I believe they gave us a different/pricier English menu
- 1 coffee, 1 water, 1 omelette and 1 salad ended up being 40 euros. This is partly because the waitress gave me a 5 euro bottle of evian instead of pouring water in a glass like what everyone else was getting
- The food was ok, but I felt like a piece of shit the whole time for not knowing French
- After trying for 10 more minutes to get the check, she gives me a receipt to sign but doesn't give me a pen, to avoid more rudeness I have to ask around for a pen

So if you're looking to get a full dose of "tourist treatment" and/or hang out with a cute french bulldog, this is the place.

Unabashedly my favorite cafe in my arrondissement.  Beautiful terrace, great drinks and very friendly service.  Also - a hidden table if you need to work with friends or a couch if you want to simply relax.  Great space overall.

Loved this place. Great food and Wonderful service will be coming back. The staff made us feel at home and helpful  with our young son.
