Excellent concept and it works so well! I'd heard about Les Pinces elsewhere in Paris and wanted to try it out, so I was excited when I found one near my home and relatively unknown for the time being, so we walked in and got a table no problem. 
25 euros for the main course - me and my boyfriend both went for the lobster rolls and we were not disappointed. The mayonnaise it is served in is delicious. The only sore spot was the chips were a little over cooked, but the large portions made up for this. We finished with a chocolate mousse which was light and yummy. 
All in all I really recommend the spot and will definitely be returning to try out their other dishes!
