Excellent Sichuan in the 14th! Our AirBnb was in this neighborhood and we stumbled upon this place while walking around. Decided to come back for dinner one of the days and the food was excellent!

Asian American who has some knowledge of asian food.  Really enjoyed the simple aesthetics,  fresh, clean, healthy tastes food.  highly recommended.  Quiet service.

Was looking for Asian lunch option in 14th. This turned out to be an excellent choice. I am #vegetarian and they had one choice but it was excellent. It was a tofu dish with vegetables cooked really well where the vegetables were still crispy and gravy wasn't overwhelming but delicious

For some reason our stop here was very brief and we ordered only the simplest of meals.  
Still, worthy of a mention as we really enjoyed our visit.
I had a fried rice, and truthfully, have never had a better one.
Authentic and delicious based what we tasted, but being that we are used to americanized versions of this food perhaps we're just more impressed by the Europeans version of Chinese food than our own lol.  
Regardless, recommend when in the area.

This is very traditional Sichuan Restaurant in Paris .

Though run by Chinese people (who are wonderful), Chinese friends who have eaten here with me tell me that the food is very much influenced by Western cuisine. Don't interpret this in the wrong way, though: even my Chinese friends agree that the food is here is excellent! Their signature dish, the 'bar braisé' is visually stunning and absolutely delicious (but don't order it if you don't like spicy food). I have returned a dozen times and ordered different things (and have also tasted other things my friends have ordered), so it's safe to say that I have thoroughly made my way through most of the things on their menu. None disappoint; you can't go wrong ordering anything they offer. This place is worth the trip to the 15th. It's also located near an access point to the Petit Ceinture, which is an abandoned train track that has been converted into a fascinating walking trail which is open during the day (make a day trip of walking the Petit Ceinture) and then have an early dinner after!). I ate my way through Paris for a year and this is one of the places I kept coming back to and can't wait to return to on my next trip to Paris.
