Recommended by the hotel front desk. It's probably one of the more Parisian authentic foods we had. Lots of locals coming in and out for dinner. The mushroom soup was so creamy and delicious. The antipasto salad with cured meats and artichokes was fresh.

With reasonable price you can experience seasonal ingredients based homemade dishes. Highly recommand!:)

This restaurant was suggested by my hotel and they couldn't of made a better recommendation. I've eaten a lot food in Paris and in the past I could of said French food wasn't my favorite but this restaurant was great. I played it safe with the chicken breast entree which was so tender and juicy! I ordered the strawberry dessert which had a crunchy cake/cookie-like bottom layer topped with whipped cream and Ice cream! Atmosphere was nice and cozy and service was great! Servers were charismatic and friendly although they didn't speak good English they did they're very best to translate dishes. My server was very patient and took the time to show me what some of the dishes were through good translate! 5 stars :)

Wow, a really pleasant surprise! I found it on Yelp as a mid-way spot between us, not-toooo-expensive place to meet a friend for dinner. Excellent value, fun spot, nice staff. For €36 each (a la carte), we had starters (€6 each, she had head cheese, I had watercress soup), main plate (she had pigeon €14, I had partridge €16), we shared a carafe of quite acceptable syrah, we split an ample & delicious chocolate ganache for dessert & each had a coffee.  We sat at the shared tall bench/table across the back, but there are regular tables, too. It was full on a Tuesday night - happily I'd made a reservation. Food was very well prepared -- you'd expect to pay a lot more for such a meal.

This is an amazingly beautiful restaurant, and not just because the food is phenomenal--the best meals I had in Paris.  The staff is kind and helpful, and the ambiance is unfussy and lovely.  I had two meals here because I enjoyed it so much, and both were incredible.  My first three-course meal was pork pate, lamb with vegetables, and creme de chocolat.  Next was breaded and fried brain nuggets, coq au vin, and financier (almond cake) with strawberry sorbet.  My boyfriend and I shared entrees on both evenings, and he had steak tartare and a beautiful tomato and mozzarella salad for his main courses.  As well, he ordered a creme de chocolat again the second time we went--it was that good.  I cannot recommend this incredible experience highly enough.
