We stopped by Mille et Un Pains, looking for a quick bite.  When we asked about the details about the sandwiches, I realized all had a trigger for me.  My husband had one and enjoyed it.  Mille et Un Pains went out of their way to accommodate my needs, serving a nice salad instead.  It was a nice lunch that allowed us to keep visiting Paris.  
It was also really affordable.  I recommend it if you are in the neighborhood and don't want to spend too much time on lunch and still have a decent meal.
