Noodles were ok, but the beef was criminally undercooked. We just got home after eating here and my friend says he doesn't feel well. I'm about to call 9-1-1/the french equivalent. 

Staff was lethargic, they look like they needed to be in bed.

There was no music to lighten the mood, the ambiance was HEAVY.
You need a place where you feel cozy and comfortable and this was not it.

I would NOT recommend this place.

We walked by today and saw them pulling fresh noodles by hand.   Came back a few hours for dinner and had an excellent meal.  Portions are generous and seasoning is just right.   The hand made noodles have the classic irregularities that make it authentically hand made.  The handmade noodles had that special chewiness that is absolutely authentic. We had S7 which was the classic red stewed beef soup noodle and S4 which was the pork chop soup noodle. The broths for both were classic.  The raviolis/dumplings are tasty.   The ambiance is pleasant and roomy.  There is Wifi and friendly service.

Well, I'm a fan, but 5-stars anyway.  It's literally a mom-and-pop shop, quite popular with locals from the looks of it.  It must get crammed during weekday lunch hours.  The space is small.

The noodles were good.  I had the marinated beef soup noodles.  The beef was excellent, sort of like beef-nam with a different cut of beef.  Soup was good.  Noodles were handmade, fresh, and good, but if you're picky I would say it's very good though not close to "the best".

Service was quick and mom-and-pop were great.  It would be a great local spot to go to over and over again.

I'm from Los Angeles and I can say that this place could compete with any Chinese restaurant there. The noodles were amazing and handmade. The service was fast and the noodles fresh. I would definitely come back.

My husband and I ordered dumplings, spring rolls, beef noodle soup and pork chop noodle soup for dinner.  Everything was delicious.  The service was quick and friendly.  The restaurant is small but very clean. Highly recommended.
