An absolutely incredible meal, from first appetizer to the desserts. The staff were so warm and hospitable, and even let the two children in our group visit the kitchen and speak to the chef. An amazing memorable experience top to bottom!

I do enjoy overreacting a bit but in this case, for my wife and I, this was the best meal and eating experience of our lives.  And the champagne!

From the moment you enter, it's a wonderful journey of tastes and textures and surprises!  The service is remarkable, and in many cases, "invisible," a you don't always see them coming and going,  But you never feel rushed nor do you ever have a dirty plate in front of you for long.

The special add on was a leek pie in a puff pastry with a jammy egg yolk and fresh shaved truffles.  I may never enjoy a single bite of food that amazing ever again.

Beef tartare, awesome. The Bread. The dessert. The salad gelee.  Sublime

Each dish was magical and we each got the 4 course and a leek add-on, with truffle, and both left nicely full.  We added some champagne and chartreuse, to further enhance the experience.

best of all, the service is fun, warm, and not at all stuffy.  I may never recommend someplace as much in my entire life.

Our favourite restaurant in Paris. We have to return every time we are in the city. Perfection in all things. Watching the service is like watching a ballet. So much attention to detail. Pure elegance.

Better than many 2 and 3 star restaurants in Paris. We had the seven course harmony menu. It exceeded our expectations like so many times before. Stars of the amuse bouches The best gougere in Paris with truffles. The beef tartare tartlet covered in a translucent gel was one of the best we've tasted. The starters of crab meat in folded thinly sliced radish was beautiful and refreshing. The potatoes with truffles was a delicious surprise. However, we could skip the lettuce in a foam gel.  In between, the tiny croque monsieur with the beard of scallops was different and yummy. The best was the grilled sliced of
wagyu stuffed with lots of caviar.  The taste combination was fantastic. There were so many other wonderful dishes that we tasted before like:
Beef carpaccio with porcine mushrooms and summer truffle complemented each other with wonder. The lobster was tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious with the aniseed sauce. The roasted pigeon was sumptuous and delightful as the meat course.  Food, wine selection and service were better than many of the two and three star restaurants in Paris.

A superb tasting menu. Do go for the most complete and expensive option as it included two courses of lobster. The wine pairing was original with very generous pours. Very warm service and comfortable if austere decor. My only disappointment was that the meat course was chicken done rather subtly. Chicken seems to be the dish of the season in finer restaurants in Paris, but even in the hands of skilled chefs is just not that exciting for me.
