Natalia and Sana and the other sales staff were very helpful and friendly.  A great store with a lot of natural items for skin, hair, and oil. I wish I understand French because I love to buy more items.  Very busy store.  You can easily tell that it's a good one, very popular.

I purchased argan oil that claimed it’s 100 argan oil. After I opened the bottle at home and smelled it, it smelled of olive oil. A common scam. How legit are the products in this store?

Stay away from this company. I ordered on 20.06.2023. The order supposed to be shipped in 2 days. Till present moment 06.07.2023  I have not received my order. I wrote multiply e-mails to the customer service asking either ot ship or refund my order.  No one bother to answer.  So this company owes me 87 euro. My advice if you want to save your nerve cells and money AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Fair selection of essential oils, body and face oils, ingrédients & containers to make your own cosmetics, etc. but boy were there people in the store.
The store was packed like there was no tomorrow. And that on a Tuesday at 3 pm.
People were standing in line throughout the whole store waiting to check out. 3 registers were open but they were very slow.
The many people made it difficult to move throughout the whole store to look around.
Too bad because the store is in a great location and it's pretty bit with quite a good selection of products.
I'll might give it another try, since it would be unfair to judge just after one visit but nevertheless my first one wasn't very pleasant.
If you know the products already, their consistency and smell, order online. It should go much faster!

My wife ordered a good amount of products from this company to be shipped to the USA. One third of the order arrived. After sending multiple emails, they still have not either shipped the rest of her order or refunded her for what they did not send, now three weeks after receiving the initial short shipment. My recommendation is to stay away from this company. Terrible customer service. Now will have to report to my bank as a fraudulent charge.
