Mixed feelings about the bar. They don't take reservations but while we waited in the long line for about 90 minutes, many guests were being taken into the bar through the restaurant located inside the hotel.
Perhaps that's the Parisian way of doing things.
We would appreciate an honest and simple system where either you take reservations or have a first come first sit policy.
Such a haphazard system mars the entire experience.
Drinks were alright. The bar is living of it's pedigree of being at the hotel. Not sure we would recommend it to anyone, if you have to wait forever. Have a peek inside and the high ceilings are th highlight. Go somewhere friendlier to have a drink instead. Paris is not so stuff and uptight anymore. The younger lot are fun and international.

We visited this bar because we were staying at the Hotel de Crillon (you can read more about Hotel de Crillon in our next review). This bar is perfect, too bad we didn't have more time to try the signature cocktails (maybe next time). The Bar is not big, but it has a incredible interior, a huge selection of drinks, experienced bartenders, live music and is a great place with a unique atmosphere. What a fantastic pleasure it was to have my cocktail at this incredible bar! My girls were delighted to have a great time throughout our time together, and I ordered a beetroot. The bartenders were very charming and had a great sense of fun! The dude with the piano was definitely talented! The location proved to be cosy, and the bar's atmosphere was stunning. They allowed us to wait in the waiting room without requiring us to make a reservation. The restroom was excellent and was entirely worth it as well. I was also pleased that I could pass the time playing chess as I waited to enter the bar. Here, everything was just wonderful.

A 5 star hotel that actually treats you like a 5 star member. I went to Les Ambassadeurs, the bar, and the scene was absolutely exquisite. I ordered the carrot cocktail which was one of the smoothest cocktails I've ever drank. Perfect for Christmas time, which was the day I went. The lobby and bar feel like a palace itself. The staff had a sense of humor and were kind.

I went two nights in a row, and both nights were exceptional. The cocktails were delicious, and the service from the staff was impeccable—friendly and attentive throughout. The seating was so comfortable and added to the overall luxurious feel of the place. Each live performance was stunning, making both nights memorable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a perfect evening of great vibes, excellent drinks, and top-notch entertainment!
