We had a lovely afternoon hosted by Adrienne. The cocktails are well executed with layers of flavour and textures. Such a beautiful spot for a date. Adrienne is a great host and really looked after us, he was like a personal tour guide.

A bar I’ve been wanting to come to for a while.  Finally had chance whilst passing through Paris for a night.

From arrival - to a lovely warm welcome, seated at the bar. Such a great venue - small but beautifully decorated, creating real cosy vibes.

Drinks menu was so creative and well explained.  (I forgot the names!) but the Ramos I remember was perfectly balanced.

Come here, sit a while & enjoy one of Paris’s very best!

Coming from a cocktail snob I had a great experience here. Everything was well crafted and the bartenders are very knowledgeable. Bonus points for having a high powered fan inside. Very unique menu with I think 8 or so cocktails. I tried them all. My favorite was the Ramos with yogurt.

We met a Brazilian bartender in São Paulo who had just came back from a sabbatical period in Paris. He recommended this bar and said it was the best bar in Paris! We simply loved Bar Nouveau!! Sara, the bartender, asked our names and every time she would talk to us she would call us by our names. Just perfect service and perfect drinks. There were 6 drinks in the menu. We had 4 of them. One better than the other!! Tip: before you go make sure you eat something because the bar has no food at all. It’s a must go!!!
