A good place to get breakfast food.

It was pretty hot inside of the restaurant so we opted to sit outside.  The avocado toast had many herbs and picked red onion on top. The brioche sandwich with avocado and crispy bacon was delicious. The bun was fresh and the avocado was perfectly ripe. It also had a spicy jam in the sandwich which made it more interesting.
The menu is not large but it had savory and sweet breakfast options. The only downside is that we didn’t enjoy the coffee.

Friendly and welcoming service! The coffee is smooth—highly recommend the latte.

The fresh orange juice and avocado toast with a soft-boiled egg are also great choices. The shakshuka is flavorful, though the bread was slightly hard and overdone.

Stopped here for a breakfast on a Sunday in the 1st weekend of January on a chilly and windy day.

The overall ambience, environment and vibe was good, with lots of international tourists, the palce seems like a popular stop and lives up to expectations.

We tried the Avocado 🥑 toast with extra toppings, cappucino and carrot cake 🍰.

While we liked the taste and flavours of the food, we were a bit let down with the super hard toast bread. Apart from that I would rate this 5/5.

Additionally would mention the prompt response and support from the cafe staff and their reception to requests and responses was amazing and very warm.
They delivered the food quickly without much waiting.

If you are travelling with a large group, lots of luggage or kids it is recommended that you reserve a spot in advance as at times the place could be super busy.

I visited Café Méricourt on day 2 of my week-long stay in Paris and loved it so much that I made it a priority to return each following day.
Guy - he's the owner of the cafe - made me feel like I'd been coming there for ages, and his passion and knowledge for the specialty coffee  that they serve is what got me hooked on my first visit. The rest of the staff were all efficient, kind and gave great recommendations (the green eggs were incredible as was the Chakchuka, but my gut tells me that you can't go wrong with anything you get here). I forgot to ask for the names of the other staff who waited on me, but I remember Georgina who was excellent and we had a great conversation about books!

This cafe was by far my favorite place I visited in Paris - I'd be there all the time if I lived in the area, and if (when!) I make my way back to Paris, I'll be making this a priority stop.

I don't mean to set the bar too high, but I loved this Cafe and hope you do too!!!!

This is the place.  The coffee is easily the best I've had in Paris.  The food is really good--My wife and I have had the granola, the green eggs, the shakshuka, and the breakfast bun.  All were great, but the green eggs were exceptional.  If you like spinach, this dish is all that and then some.  I've had it three times now, and would gladly have it again.

The service staff are all lovely and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and flooded with natural light.
