Old school concert hall, looks like an opera house. A bit cramped. Friendly, helpful, attentive staff.

Went for the Mama Mia musical and loved it. The building itself it's aesthetically magical, making the experience pleasant from the beginning.
The musical was exquisite. The actors, the singing, the scene, the energy,  everything was perfect!
I have to say just one negative thing, and it's the WC, we had to do the longest,  plus you gotta pay to use it.

Happy to see Paris theaters in use, especially the older ones. They do offer less visibility of the stage if someone tall sits in front of you as we experienced. The production of Swam Lake was of only average quality, although the principal dancer was magnificent.

I attended a ballet performance at the theater in February. Outside, it was cold, but inside, it was unbearably hot. The air was stagnant, with no fan or air conditioning to provide relief.
The theater is old-fashioned, which is charming, but the seats are very cramped and arranged in a way that makes it almost impossible to see the stage when the theater is full and everyone is seated. I found myself having to sit very upright for most of the performance just to see anything.
The performance was wonderful, but the difficulty in seeing and the heat made the experience unpleasant.

Lovely intimate venue in the heart of Paris with great sound for gigs. We see Mogwai here and it was amazing.
