Chef Pierre and his team are fantastic. Beautifully executed and presented plates. I have visited 2x sitting at the counter with a front row seat into the open kitchen. Pierre is incredibly charming and made me feel like an esteemed guest. Sharing conversation and laughs while he cooked created a feeling of genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!!! Small but excellent restaurant with attentive staff. Open kitchen must have excellent extractor fans because there were no food odours in the dining area. We ate late and the restaurant was full - great to see on a Tuesday night. Bravo chef !

We came across Clutch on Google maps as it was close to our hotel, but the website showed it was full so we asked to be added to the waiting list.
The chef text my husband and offered us a bar seat in front of the kitchen, which we accepted.
The owners/staff were great and extremely welcoming from start to finish! They even gave us some little tasters and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Food was absolutely out of this world, not a single criticism.....I would recommend clutch to anyone that is visiting Paris! By far one of the best meals we have ever had and the staff were genuinely lovely!!

What a cosy little restaurant! It’s been a while since we have had really excellent meals (we went twice in a row 😊) in such a nice and welcoming venue! The chef is a real star, especially re his sauces and in combining subtle tastes. The menu is not very elaborate but the quality of the dishes is really good.
The selection of wines per glass could have been more extensive but it pays to discuss them with the waiter and follow his suggestions. After doing so my apéritif became an excellent naturally sparkling wine.
The service is quite adequate and cheerful. The staff’s interaction was very pleasant too. That makes for such a nice vibe in a restaurant.
All in all a very enjoyable and satisfying experience !
