The food at Colvert is excellent, and the chef deserves a lot of praise for the great job. However, there were some issues with the orders, likely due to a misunderstanding, which affected the experience slightly.

The service was fine but could improve with better customer care and politeness. A few changes could make the experience even better, like changing the cutlery after each dish.

It would also help to remove the 5-course offer from The Fork since it’s no longer available and to add a wine pairing option to the menu, as the wine list is already very extensive.

Overall, the food was fantastic, and the experience was nice. With a few small improvements, it could be even better.

We had a very romantic, very fun, very delicious and filling dinner at Colvert. I had a reservation for their tasting menu through the fork website. The dinner lasted 2 hours with 6 dishes (including an appetizer and dessert). The servers were wonderful people, so passionate about what they do. There is nothing i disliked about the dishes. The portions for a testing menu were so well thought of and we came out of the restaurant very full and satisfied.

We had an amazing new years dinner. They even changed my menu especially for me to a vegetarian option. It was amazing. The service was super friendly and charming. We really enjoyed it and had a perfect new years experience. Thank you!
