There are plenty of Tiki bars in this world but, as far as I am concerned, there are two great Ticki bars (forgive me if I am not updated on many of the new Tiki bars that have opened in recent years): they are Smugglers Cove in San Francisco and Dirty Dick in Paris.

You get all the silly glasses and unnecessary garnishes here because it’s a part of tradition. The design is simple and the tables/counters maybe a bit sticky as well. Yet here all the juices you have in the fancy tropical concoctions are fresh and you can casually discuss the three versions of orgeat they make (or at least used to make) with the premium version still the best one I’ve had.

There’s dancing, crowds and music. Plenty of proper good joy and very tasty cocktails. Love this place!!

Coming from Las Vegas I would say I know a thing or two about tiki bars.  Also me and my friend make a point to go to new ones whenever we are traveling.  Even with being to say many it’s easy to say this is one of the best.  The drinks are not only delicious but prepared with the utmost care.

If you are in Paris. This is a definite stop!

The fog cutter definitely cuts the fog.
Drinks were good. You have to order them at the bar. The atmosphere I have mixed feelings. Overall not bad but got me the vibe of Americans on an island somehow.
