They were nice enough to reschedule my reservation after it was canceled. The food was amazing. The service was very good and they were not the type to be hovering on your table. The interior has a very nice ambience as well. They have a terrace if one is brave enough during the winter. We liked that, thank you.

We had diners here with chill out atmosphere, the place is lovely. The food itself I would say good but yet special to my opinion. The ingredients were fresh, tasty but still feel like something missing here. The service is excellent any how it was a Nice and chic restaurant.

That was the first restaurant we visited while in Paris. The service was exceptional! Props to the lady assisting us for our needs. With regards to food, overall everything was tasty but in my view some details I would like to see took away the 5/5 rating like the crispy skin on the fish. Description of the dishes was quite complicated but in my view they were quite simplistic. I found quite odd the approach of serving 1/4 of a chicken breast for a main course. Dessert was just OK.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I hope this helps fellow tourists in Paris make an informed decision. For a restaurant that pride themselves as being in the Michelin Guide listing, Grand Coeur was a huge disappointment.

The service was extremely slow. We endured a 30-minute wait just to have our orders taken and an additional 40 minutes for the first set of entrées to arrive. Given the table's limited size, the four entrées were served in two separate batches, resulting in another 30-minute delay in between.

The oysters were not properly shucked out where the muscle is still very much attached to the shell, and we were provided with wrong cutlery, forcing us to wrestle with them using a huge entrée spoon. As a chef, I found this oversight inexcusable and funny.

The main courses took almost an hour to arrive, i had a glance at the other 3 tables on my side that were also left waiting with an empty table and angry faces. Our table was never wiped clean in-between courses, and every new dish dropped on our table had to be on top of a dirty clutter.

The food was disappointingly bland and lacked any discernible flavor. Our high expectations were completely unmet, and we left feeling disheartened. Our dinner, intended to be a memorable conclusion of our trip in Paris, stretched from 8 PM to 11:45 PM and was nothing short of a disaster.

Thank you but won’t be coming back, nor recommending.
