This was my second time at HEBE, I came for the first time in fall of 2021 and have had dreams about my meal ever since. 3 years later and their culinary skill has only gotten better. This was the best meal my boyfriend and I have ever had. The beef tongue was exceptionally tender, the fish was flaky and juicy at the same time, the beef was savory and delicious- every dish we tried was exceptional. The cocktails we started with were bright and delicious, and the wine selection was great, with the staff happy to make suggestions. Great service, a very reasonable price on the tasting menus, amazing food- I love this restaurant!

A Delightful Culinary Experience at Hebe!!!

From the moment I stepped into Hebe, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with cozy lighting and tasteful decor that set the perfect mood.

The menu offered a variety of options, and everything we tried was phenomenal. The turbot and Sea Bream stood out, with its perfectly cooked ingredients.  The duck was equally impressive, offering a the perfect texture and taste without overcooking it. To end this meal, we had the tapioca and chocolate which were made with perfection.

The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and ensuring that every detail of our meal was perfect.

What truly sets Hebe apart is the attention to detail. Every bite reflected the care and passion that goes into their food. Whether you’re looking for a casual meal or a special night out, Hebe is a must-visit.

I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu. Highly recommend to anyone who loves exceptional food and a great dining experience!

Straight off the plane to lunch at Hebe and it was divine. Perfect portions. Engaging and lovely service. Our waiter was fun. I had the prix fixe and my husband went a la carte. Inventive but not overworked cuisine. Seemed a bit hidden gem during the day. So glad we found it.

We had a great experience at Hebe (second time there). The service was very attentive, they paid special attention to our dietary restrictions (dairy allergy). Their recommendations were great and the food was amazing. Will visit them next time we’re in Paris for sure.

We absolutely loved our meal here.  We were greeted so kindly when we entered and felt warmly welcomed.  The service was very personable - if I could give higher than five stars just for the service alone, I would, and the food truly was equally matched to that!  The wines were excellent with the dishes.  The course format and menu were very flexible with a la carte, multi course options, creative non meat dishes, and even plates good for sharing. And of course the food was absolutely delicious.  We will remember our experience here fondly!
